Ladies floral necklace-Lotus Pectoral

18kt Gold and Sterling Silver collar combining the Egyptian love of symmetry with design elements that tell a story. This piece showcases the Lotus flower in its many natural forms, featuring a bouquet of large lotus flowers seen from above, surrounded by pharaonic flowering lotuses, lotus buds, Lily-pads and rosettes. The central flower composition is surrounded  by a series of ehker-signs, which is the word for adornment in Ancient Egypt. The necklace features designs echoing the lively and colorful ceiling patterns found in the Theban monuments of Luxor.
